Inspector, covers and My Images

The inspector

Select an entry to inspect catalog and personal sections without opening the editor. Its toolbar offers Edit, Share, external search and More where applicable. Drag the panel divider to adjust the space.

Details-panel preferences control template, backdrop and whether a back cover can be displayed when there is room.

Front and back covers

Open the editor’s Covers tab. Upload artwork and use crop/rotate where offered. Review the result before saving. The inspector’s front/back switch appears only when both covers exist.

Find Online

Choose Find Online in the cover workflow. In Music, select artist/title or barcode search and check the query. Inspect image dimensions and the actual edition before choosing a candidate. Higher resolution helps large display, but is not proof of the correct artwork.

Image search needs a reachable server/provider. If a candidate fails to load, try another or upload your own image.

My Images and Links

Use My Images for extra pictures such as inserts, signatures or your own copy. Set the purpose/type, caption and order offered by the kind. Keep personal photos separate from public covers, especially when proposing catalog corrections or sharing.

Use Links for external URLs and available title/description fields. Opening a link leaves Collectarr for the browser.
